- The e-Gift Cards terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. All e-Gift Cards terms and conditions are enforced except where prohibited by law.
- The recipient, by redeeming the e-Gift Cards, accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions.
- e-Gift Cards and their use are subject to these terms and conditions, as well as, the terms and conditions and privacy policies.
- e-Gift Cards are available for purchase at CreateMyWalls.com.
- e-Gift Cards must be used through the www.createmywalls.com website and exclusively for products on the www.createmywalls.com website.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-Gift Cards will require an additional payment for the balance due.
- Remaining balances will be shown in the recipient's CreateMyWalls shopping cart.
- e-Gift Cards are nontransferable and resale is restricted.
- e-Gift Cards are available for purchase ranging from $25 up to $500 U.S. dollars.
- e-Gift Cards and e-Gift Card voucher codes are not refundable, redeemable for cash or other substitutions. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
- Additional coupons or promotions cannot be used to buy e-Gift Cards or applied to orders using e-Gift Cards.
- e-Gift Cards Codes are void if altered or reproduced.
- e-Gift Cardss must be used before expiration date, which is (6 months from date of purchase)
- CreateMyWalls can overrule any e-Gift Cards purchase for any case and return the amount to the recipient's e-Gift Cards account.
- CreateMyWalls may send e-Gift Cards purchasers updates about the status of e-Gift Cards.
- CreateMyWalls will not honor the e-Gift Cards if it was fraudulently obtained through the www.CreateMyWalls.com website or any other venue.
- CreateMyWalls reserves the right to hold and/or cancel any e-Gift Cards order for a security review.
- CREATEMYWALLS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- IN THE EVENT A E-GIFT CARDS IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE RECIPIENT AND PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND CREATEMYWALLS SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH e-Gift Cards. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
